Cabinets Direct Wholesalers sells kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, vanities, and countertops at wholesale, and provides design services including free consultations and 3D renderings. Installation services are available through our affiliated licensed contractor, Build With Konstructit, NJ HIC #13VH13697200, or through a contractor of your choosing. All sales are subject to a written quote or invoice, product availability, and manufacturer lead times.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, or networks.

3. SMS Terms & Conditions

Cabinets Direct Wholesalers operates an SMS messaging program. Users must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS communications. By providing your phone number and checking one or both SMS consent checkboxes on our website forms, you agree to receive the corresponding SMS messages from Cabinets Direct Wholesalers. Non-marketing messages include appointment reminders, order and delivery updates, and design consultation notifications. Marketing messages include promotional offers and seasonal specials. Each category is opted into separately.

4. Quotes, Design & Payments

All quotes are subject to final field measurements and may change based on actual site conditions, material availability, and scope changes. Design layouts and 3D renderings are prepared for your project based on the measurements and information provided. Payment terms, deposits, and delivery details will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

5. Installation & Independent Contractors

We sell and design cabinetry. Installation services are provided by our affiliated licensed contractor, Build With Konstructit, NJ HIC #13VH13697200, under a separate installation agreement between you and that contractor, or by a contractor of your choosing. We remain responsible for the products we sell and the manufacturer warranties that come with them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cabinets Direct Wholesalers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to us for the applicable products or services, except as required by law.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
